12 MONTHS GROUP COACHING
Put the techniques you learn into practice during group coaching sessions. This is a safe place where everyone will be working on their business plan.
The monthly accountability calls are set for 11 months after the retreat. Everyone will share their progress and challenges as James and Leila gives their support and insights.

Leila Singh & James Dewane
Leila is an accomplished Sales and Finance professional with a corporate career spanning over 25 years, she has a wealth of experience initially gained as a qualified accountant (FCCA), Corporate Finance and Treasury Consultant, and latterly a successful Sales Executive at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, with 16 years spent in the Technology Sector.
Leila, a Personal Leadership & Career Growth Coach, is accredited as a Master Coach and Master Coach Trainer (IAPC&M), Learning & Development Trainer, and Mentor at the Professional Speakers Academy, as well as a Certified Master Practitioner of both Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Hypnotherapy.
James is a qualified Electrician who has been working in the industry for over 25 years. He has had both failure and success in business. Over the years he has studied marketing in all its forms from some of the UK's and US's best marketing experts. Now, he is retired from the tools and spends his time teaching marketing and mentoring fellow tradespeople.
James is the founder of My Electrician's ToolBox, author of The S.P.A.R.K.S. Blueprint to Marketing for Local Trades, a Marketing Consultant, Business Mentor and Professional Speaker.
