Hi, I'm Leila Singh 

As an accomplished Sales and Finance professional with a corporate career spanning over 25 years, I have a wealth of experience gained as a Qualified Accountant (FCCA), Corporate Finance and Treasury Consultant, and latterly a successful Sales Executive at Hewlett Packard Enterprise. Here, I was aligned to some of the largest clients in EMEA, delivering circa $800M+ of business, repeatedly exceeding my sales quota. I set the benchmark within the team across several activities and was often referred to as a role model for the team, with 16 years spent in the Technology Sector.

Furthermore, over the last ten years, as a Leadership Development & Career Growth Coach, I became accredited as a Master Coach and Master Coach Trainer (IAPC&M), Learning & Development Trainer (HPEL&D), and Speaker Mentor at the Professional Speakers Academy, as well as a Certified Master Practitioner of both Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Hypnotherapy.

As Founder and Director of mi-brand™ & Leila Singh Coaching, I draw upon my wealth and breadth of skills, knowledge and experience in the areas of sales, finance and personal & professional growth, to enable ambitious, high-performing career professionals up to Non-Executive Directors and C-suite, to harness their inner potential, accelerate their career, and overcome their self-imposed limitations, as well as establish their brand identity, enhance their visibility, impact and influence, increase performance, positioning and results, and ultimately stand out as a leader, amongst colleagues and clients, in their teams, organisation and industry!

Continuing to further grow and establish my Coaching Practice, I specialise in both one-to-one and group coaching and mentoring. I go beyond surface level coaching and drill down to get to the root cause of any limitations, obstacles, and challenges, ensuring clients experience new insights, perspectives, possibilities, and lasting transformation, showing up as the best version of themselves!

As a TEDx & International Speaker, I deliver thought-provoking, insightful talks, and have previously delivered training and workshops to multi-disciplined career professionals utilising my proprietary framework, “The Aspiring Leaders Blueprint™”, on topics which include how to establish and maintain your personal brand identity, developing gravitas, adopting a winning mindset, harnessing professional relationships, communicating effectively and delivering engaging presentations, authentic leadership, and career acceleration. As an accredited coach trainer, I also deliver coaching strategies and techniques which will enable you to coach your team to optimum performance!

Over the last ten years, I have delivered keynotes, workshops and trainings at various events and organisations both in the UK and abroad.

I delivered a TEDx talk in December 2019 and am an award-winning author of “Success Redefined – How to leverage your natural talents to become limitless!”. I am a Podcast Host of ‘Life Leadership – All Things Coaching, Career & Personal Brand’.
